Veera Anbuvel V is an experienced Interface Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the engineering industry. Currently, he is working with KEC International Ltd as Design Interface Manager in Engineering under Railways unit at Dhamra NGR System. He has overall 8 years and 7 months of experience with expertise in Design Engineering for Metro rail projects, DFCCIL Projects, Structural works, and Project co-ordination. Veera is proficient in using MS OFFICE, AUTOCAD, and Staad Pro. In his current role, Veera is working as Assistant Manager in Design Interface under Engineering Business Unit at KEC International Ltd. He is responsible for the examination of Design and Drawings of Alignment Plan & Profile, Major, Minor Bridges, Hume Pipe Culverts, Level Crossings GADs, IBH Buildings & LC Huts. Veera is also responsible for value engineering to reduce cost and time, inspection of Alignment drawings, synchronization with Design consultancy and Client for submission and approval of Design & Drawings through Aconex online platform, ECoR Approval for Major Structures, Hume Pipe culverts & MNB’s, and co-ordination with the OHE and S&T team for submissions like GPSD, LOP, CSD, SED, SIP, IBH systems layout, LC huts system layouts for approval from Client and ECoR. He is also responsible for the preparation of Design Review reports. In his previous roles, Veera worked as Deputy Manager in Planning & Design under Engineering Business Unit at Tata Projects Limited and as an Assistant Design Engineer for Elevated Metro (Phase 2) at Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited. In both these roles, he was responsible for designing and detailing of Super-structure and Sub-structure such as Box Girders, pier cap, piers, pile cap, pile, PWay related drawings, Horizontal and Vertical Alignment Designs, Quality Checking Drawings and Designs, Preparation of Cross Sections, Survey data analysis and checking, Preparation of Platform setting out Information tables, Preparation of GAD drawings, Estimations and Earthwork Quantities, Speed Calculations & Vertical Curve Checking. Veera holds an Engineer’s Degree in Civil Engineering from MEPco Schlenk Engineering College and a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Arasan Ganesan Polytechnic College.
